Please note: Due to the difference in cost it is recommended that ACT/SAT/HSPT sessions are purchased separately. If you choose to use your pre-paid tutoring sessions for ACT/SAT/HSPT you will be billed the difference at the end of the month. Splitting pre-paid packages between family members is not allowed.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
We understand that there are times when you must miss a scheduled session due to emergencies or obligations for work or family. However, when you do not call to cancel a session, you may be preventing another client from getting much needed assistance. Conversely, the situation may arise where another client fails to cancel and we are unable to schedule you for a session, due to a seemingly “full” appointment book. Therefore, if a session is not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance you will be charged your regular session fee.
